Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to brunch catering orders placed via the order form at catering.wogk.dk or by email.

Ordering

Brunch catering can be ordered via our order form at catering.wogk.dk. Changes can be made through the ordering system or by email.
You can expect your order to be confirmed within 24 hours on weekdays.

Payment
Payment for catering orders is made through the ordering system by credit/debit card or MobilePay.
All amounts are stated in DKK (Danish kroner) and include VAT.

Delivery
Depending on the agreed arrangement, the brunch can either be collected from a designated store or delivered as agreed.
Delivery terms and fees are specified in the agreed arrangement.

Returning of borrowed plate
The day after your brunch event, all equipment and serving items must be returned to the store from which the order was collected.
For delivered orders, the time for collection will be agreed with our staff.

Cancellations and changes
Orders can be changed or cancelled up to 48 hours before the scheduled collection or delivery.
After this deadline, the order will be binding, and the full amount will be charged regardless of whether the order is cancelled.

Communication
Communication regarding brunch events and orders takes place primarily by email or telephone. Changes are only valid once they have been confirmed by a member of our staff.
