Our stores

Can you book a table?
It is only possible to book tables indoors. You can make a reservation via our store overview.
If you wish to sit outdoors, you are welcome to simply walk in.

Do you have high chairs for children?
Yes, we have high chairs in all our cafés, but unfortunately they cannot be reserved.

Is breastfeeding allowed in your cafés?
Yes, breastfeeding is allowed, and you can change your baby in all locations (please note that there are no changing facilities at Bellevue).

Can I bring my dog?
No, dogs are not allowed indoors. However, all dogs are welcome on our outdoor seating areas as long as they are on a leash.

Can I bring a stroller?
In Hellerup, we have limited space indoors for a few strollers. Otherwise, strollers can be placed outside.
In our other cafés, there is no space indoors, but you are welcome to leave the stroller outside and bring your baby inside in a carrycot.

Are your cafés accessible for people with disabilities? 
Several of our cafés are wheelchair accessible, offering step-free access and accessible restroom facilities. This includes our locations at Waterfront, Carlsberg Byen and Nordhavn.

Can I buy a gift card?
You can purchase a gift card in our cafés or receive a digital gift card instantly.

Can I rent the entire café for private events?
Unfortunately, this is not possible.


Our food

What time do you serve brunch?
We serve brunch on weekdays from 08.00–15.00 and from 08.00–16.00 on weekends and public holidays.
Early Bird Breakfast is served on weekdays from 08:00–09:00.

Do you accommodate allergies and special dietary requirements?
Our menu clearly indicates whether a dish contains gluten, lactose, or nuts. You can also see if an item is vegan or vegetarian.
If you have any questions regarding allergens or special dietary requirements, please contact us via email or ask in one of our cafés.

Where does your bread come from?
We have our own bakery at our Lergravsvej location, where our bakers prepare all baked goods overnight. In the morning, everything is delivered fresh to our cafés.

Catering

When should I place a catering order?
Catering orders must be placed by filling out the form at least 48 hours in advance.
Weekend orders must be placed by Wednesday at 16:00.
For larger groups (more than 30 people), we kindly ask you to place your order at least 5 days in advance.

Do you offer delivery?
We deliver within Greater Copenhagen (within 20 km of City Hall Square).
You are also welcome to pick up your order at our cafés on Lergravsvej, Hellerup, Bellevue, Nordhavn and Carlsberg Byen.

Can I order brunch catering for 4 people?
Brunch catering is only available for groups of at least 10 people.

When will I receive confirmation?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation and a guide for your brunch setup within 24-48 hours, depending on weekends/public holidays.

How do I change my order?

You can make changes up to 48 hours before delivery. Please e-mail us at wogk@wogk.dk.
