Early Bird Breakfast is served on weekdays from 8.00 - 9.00 for DKK 75.

Organic scrambled eggs with grated pecorino cheese and chives
Fried “Mini Åge” sausage of beef and pork and fried bacon
Organic Greek-style yoghurt with blueberry compote and pumpkin seed-almond granola

Grapefruit with rosemary cream and black sesame
